    1. These Giveaway Rules govern the participation in a free-of-charge Instagram Giveaway – High-Quality Office Chair Pragmatic Play – (the “Giveaway”) hosted by

  1. Better Collective Greece P.C, G. Mavrou and Kon. Karamanli 66, Saint Ioannis, Squid, Kalamaria/Thessaloniki 55134, Greece, the owner of the betarades.gr and bethome.gr websites and the @betarades.gr and @bethome.gr Instagram accounts.

 and

  1. Pragmatic Play, Pine Solutions Limited (Pragmatic Play Group)

    Address: Block E, Falcon House, High Street, Sliema, SLM 1544, Malta the owner of the @pragmatic_play_greece Instagram account,

(jointly, the “Organisers”).

        3.For the purpose of these Giveaway Rules, the participants shall be referred to as Participants, You, Your.

  1. Eligibility

    1. Participants must be at least 21 years of age at the time of entry to be eligible for participation in the Giveaway.

    2. The Giveaway is open to residents of Greece only.

  2. Agreement to Terms

    1. By participating in this Giveaway, You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.

    2. By participating in this Giveaway, You agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Giveaway Rules and You consent to the Privacy Policy.

    3. Participants are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations during their involvement in the Giveaway.

    4. Any queries or issues that are not explicitly addressed in these Giveaway Rules will be handled at the Organisers’ discretion.

    5. By engaging in the Giveaway, You acknowledge and accept the decisions of the Organisers as final and binding concerning all matters related to the Giveaway.

    6. The Organisers reserves the right to modify or update the Giveaway Rules at its sole discretion and will notify Participants of any significant changes by posting them on their Website.

  3. Start and Closing Date

    1. Participation in the Giveaway is open from 27/12/2024 and it will continue until 29/12/2024.

    2. Participants may submit entries between the start and closing dates specified above. Any entries received after the closing date will not be taken into consideration.

  4. How to Participate

    1. Participation in the Giveaway is completely free of charge for all Participants.

    2. Each Participant can participate in the Giveaway only once.

    3. In order to participate, each Participant must:

 

  1. Winner Selection

    1. Only one Participant will receive the Prize (the “Winner”).

    2. The Winner will be selected by a random draw on 29/12/2024.

    3. The Instagram username of the Prize Winner will be published in the relevant Giveaway post on the Organisers’ Instagram profiles on 29/12/2024.

    4. The Organisers will contact the Winner via Instagram message on the same day as the draw to arrange the handover of the prizes. The winner must respond to this message by the end of 30/12/2024.

    5. The Organisers will deliver the prize within 30 days, either in person at one of the Organiser’s offices or by any other feasible means, as agreed with the Winner, after confirming and verifying the Winner. The Organisers will bear the costs of the delivery of the Prize.

    6. If the selected Winner is ineligible to claim the prize for any reason, a new random draw will take place to select another winner.

  2. Prize

    1. The Prize is a high-quality office chair.

    2. The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternative is offered.

    3. The Winner shall not incur any tax obligations related to the Prize.

  3. Personal Data

    1. To conduct the Giveaway, the Organisers may process the following categories of personal data: account name and email address. These data will be collected for the purpose of contacting and distinguishing Participants, delivering the Prize, and marketing purposes.

    2. To get acquainted with more details about processing personal data, review the Privacy Policy.

  4. Violation of Rules

    1. If a Participant violates Giveaway rules, he/she will be sanctioned at our sole discretion.

    2. Participants found to be in violation of the Giveaway Rules may face, at the sole discretion of the Organisers, consequences including, but not limited to, disqualification from the Giveaway, forfeiture of the Prize, and prohibition from participating in future Giveaways hosted by the Organisers.

  5. Limitation of Liability

    1. The Organisers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Giveaway. Participants agree that the Organisers, its partners, and employees shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the acceptance, possession, or use of any Prize awarded in the Giveaway. Participants release the Organisers from any liability related to the Giveaway by participating. The Organisers’ total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the Prize awarded to the Winner.

  6. Governing Law

    1. This Giveaway and any disputes arising from or related to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece. Participants agree that any legal action or proceeding concerning the Giveaway shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Greece.

We reserve the right to make changes to the rules of the Giveaway at our sole discretion and will notify Users of any significant changes by announcing a relevant Instagram Giveaway post.
